Our methods

The Cultural Consulting Group (CCG) develops custom-designed solutions in partnership with its clients to meet new challenges.

CCG starts this process by entering into a dialogue with its clients in order to explore the numerous options available. Then we proceed to work to identify the most appropriate approach(es). Through this active partnership with a client, we are able to ascertain the significance of a specific issue for a proposed project and to determine its role. Then we explore how best to develop an inter-relationship of this issue with the cultural institution as a whole.
